Mesopotamia was the third album of American band The B-52’s: the group moved away from the more “good-time-party-rock” sound of their previous work into something darker and more difficult to listen to. The album was produced by David Byrne but it didn’t came out as intended. The legend says that the Group didn’t like Byrne approach and production and decided to release the album with just 6 tracks on it. The title track is my favourite take from the album/EP and here it is presented and re-edited by Danny Krivit. This edit was released in 2002 on Strut.
